Last Time: Review (finished up reading over the bylaws)
ByLaws: further thoughts? (voting for new board members)
Conflict of Interest Policy (did not get to)
Committee for the 1023 additions?? (will fill out digitally, send out to Board)
Questions about the CD's (the beginning of team development, helps for understanding of one another)

- ratify bylaws (send out, read them, send any corrections) vote next time
- elect officers
- fill in 1023, send out Monday morning, look over, visit next time
