2. Special Guest Jenn Brost to fill us in on not-for-profit and 501(c) 3

• more organized
• more focused
• need insurance, for everything and everyone (insurance for non-profit)
• Grants will only come with a 501-c3
• you will have to track everything
• names for your programs
• do what God wants you to do and you don't have to do it all
• Steve is the president and executive director and founder
  

1. We then began to write the Article of Incorporation
2. We are using the guidelines from the Iowa State Website as well as the AOI of the Job FOundation as a guide.
3. We will submit the AOI to the state this week. This will be a $20 fee.
4. The next meeting will be Thrusday, February 24th at 6 and Steve's House.
