Board Meeting; 1-10-11

Board Meeting Notes
Present: Jan Eberline, Jan Onnen, Brian Buhrow, Diane Adair, Steve Hinderhofer (Thomas Z. Hinderhofer; went to bed early, left meeting at 7:00)

January 18th Chili Supper

• We visited about how much food we are expecting, how much we think we would need.
  
• We are advertising on channel 11, newspaper, school sign, notes to businesses, as well as these things in Reinbeck. We will utilize Facebook as well.
  
• Diane will be at the school to receive food by 12
• Steve will call Olive Branch
• Steve will e-mail food folks to double check with them.
  
• Leftover to be given the the community and "Kick" program.
• Steve will make a call for volunteers at school
• Brian making table tents.
• We will wait on a banner at this time, more info in the future.
